Vaughan Basement With Sauna

This Vaughan basement was a unique project. The client wanted to fit a sauna somewhere in the basement, a shower in the sauna. They also wanted a powder room and an area with a fire place, surround sound speakers and living area. With only 800 square feet to work with we created exactly what the client asked for. In the sauna we added LED strips under the benches. Also added a fully customized and tiled shower with a glass door. In the living space we added quality vinyl flooring, a built in fireplace and open concept oak stairs.
