Cozy Newmarket Basement

This Basement Project was a bit smaller then our regular basements but was still a unique project. This basement was already finished, But was VERY outdated. We had to demolish the entire basement, right to the foundation and had to start from scratch. The clients wanted to keep the current fireplace but wanted to make it a bit smaller. The Owners did not want to do a basement washroom. Instead They wanted a larger laundry room, an open area for entertaining, and New Oak steps stained to the color of their choice. We added Dricore insulated subfloors, Vinyl plank flooring and Painted the basement with Premium Quality Benjamin Moore Paint. As always, the clients where very pleased with the final Product. Another Successful Newmarket Basement Renovation finished.
