This basement bathroom addition in Newmarket was a unique job. In this particular project, the client had a fully finished basement but was missing an essential feature – a bathroom. They reached out to us to add a 3-piece bathroom to enhance the functionality of their space.

Planning & Demolition

Before starting the work, we carefully planned out the best possible location for the bathroom within the existing basement layout. Once we finalized the placement with the client, our team proceeded with demolishing the walls and flooring in that section to make space for the new addition.

Bathroom Features & Design

For this modern and stylish 3-piece bathroom, we installed a large shower featuring custom glass and a built-in niche for convenience. The client selected a 24×24 off-white tile with grey veins, giving the bathroom a sleek and elegant look. The combination of these tiles with high-end finishes created a luxurious feel that seamlessly blended with the rest of the basement.

We also added:

• Energy-efficient pot lights for bright and even illumination.
• A 30-inch vanity that provided ample storage while maintaining a minimalist look.
• A modern toilet that fit perfectly within the space.

Finishing Touches

To complete the project, we painted the walls and ceiling with premium Benjamin Moore paint, ensuring a smooth and long-lasting finish. Our team paid close attention to the details, making sure everything was flawlessly installed and aligned with the client’s expectations.
