Aurora Basement Renovation With 4 Rooms

Our Client from Aurora contacted us to finish her old basement that was partially finished. she also wanted us to start as soon as possible. After she agreed to take us as her basement contractors we started the project 1 week later. We removed all the old flooring and drywall then when through a comprehensive design with her. She specified that she wanted 4 separate rooms and a full 3 piece bathroom. 2 of the rooms will be used for her kids on on side of the basement and the other 2 rooms will be a living/TV room and an office. after framing, electrical, plumbing and drywall we painted all the rooms with Premium Benjamin Moore Paint. 7mm Luxury Vinyl planks on the floor where installed followed by 5 inch colonial baseboards. The bathroom featured a 24×48 tile on the walls and a 24×24 on the floor with a tile baseboard throughout. A 48 inch floating vanity from BathDepot and a large custom glass.
