A great project for a great client. Our client wanted us to turn his 1,100 sq ft basement into a 2 bedroom in-law suite. We reinsulated the basement, Added insulated dricore subfloor so the floors and living space will be warmer for the clients parents. The original 2 windows that where done by the builder was a bit too small for the client so we cutout and enlarged both windows. We added 4 inch LED pot lights throughout. In the bathroom we did a custom shower base with mosaic tile. Before we started we waterproofed the entire shower with Schluter waterproofing on the walls. The client chose a 48×24 sized tile. To finish it off we added custom shower glass and door. For the kitchen we purchased a great kitchen from ikea. We had laminate countertops installed and added led under cabinet lighting. We also added a laundry and storage under the stairs. The staircase was done with custom oak stairs. The project turned out fantastic and the clients couldn’t be any happier.
