Bathroom Renovation in Keswick, ON. This was a small Bathroom renovation in an older home. We gutted the entire bathroom. It was very outdated and needed some fresh updates. To be more clear, it fully needed to be gutted and updated with all new stuff. We added Dense Shield tile backer on walls and fully waterproofed everything so the client never has any leak or mold issues. We added new Tiles, Vanity, custom glass door, shower Niche, black hardware accents, New shelving and toilet. Also, the subfloor was moving a lot so we ended up securing the joists and added new stable plywood. Now the floors are nice and sturdy. The client also asked for 2 new doors, one for the washroom and one for the bedroom beside the washroom. As usual, after Yorkland Homes is done, the client is very pleased with our work.
