Newmarket Bathroom Remodel with Heated Flooring

Yorkland Homes recently completed a stunning bathroom remodel in Newmarket, ON. The old bathroom was outdated and in need of a modern upgrade. Our team started by completely demolishing the existing space, which included removing the old bathtub, tiles, and flooring. The client wanted a more functional and stylish bathroom, so we worked closely with them to bring there vision to life.

Modern Upgrades & Features

One of the biggest changes in this bathroom was the conversion from a bathtub to a standing shower. We installed a custom glass door to give the space an open and elegant look. To add convenience and storage, we also built a shower niche, perfect for holding shampoos, conditioners, and other essentials.

For comfort and luxury, heated flooring was added, making sure the client enjoys warm floors during colder months. We used 12×12 tiles From Tile Master for the flooring, which complemented the overall design and made the space feel fresh and modern.

Stylish & Smart Additions

A major highlight of this renovation was the installation of a double sink vanity, providing plenty of space for daily routines. The client also opted for a smart toilet, adding both convenience and technology to their new bathroom. These features made the bathroom not only beautiful but also highly functional.
